Michiru Shinba (榛葉 道流, Shinba Michiru) is the former manager of general affairs for Kaimei High School's Student Council. After he steps down during his third school year, Kiri replaces him.

He seems to be one of the saner, more normal members of the group, and is one of the few people who knows just how manipulative Agata really is. He is also shown to be specific with small information, such as when he introduced Kikuno as Daisy.

He has an extremely low tolerance for alcohol – so much so that even just the smell of it can make him drunk.^[1] Michiru is very popular with girls, often calling them "my little kittens", and even has a fanclub dubbed the Shinbals (Shinba + gals).
