The Broadcasting Club (放送部, Hōsō-bu) handles a variety of activities around Kaimei High School, including the lunchtime announcements, the Kaimei Rock Festival, and providing acoustic support for various events. Its members are also known to submit pieces to broadcasting and documentary contests and are very devoted to their club activities. Once a month, they show a program during lunchtime titled "Kaimei Lunchtime Show TV Special" and they are able to turn any classroom into a veritable TV studio. [1]
Those who work the technical aspects of the club can often be seen wearing black shirts with "KBC STAFF" written across the front. There appear to be at least 7 members in the club, though most remain unnamed.
